Quality Policy

QUALITY POLICY

CONSULTÓRIO MÉDICO ESPERANÇA, E.I, (CME) is a healthcare company established in the Mozambican market, continually seeking to achieve excellence by raising the standards of services provided through good clinical practices in the management of its processes through the implementation of the Quality Management System (Q), based on the NM ISO 9001:2015 standard and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

In order to meet its commitments, the CME aims to:

  • Promote a favorable environment for the operationalization of the CME’s activities, allowing employees to develop their activities with motivation, satisfaction and creativity for their own benefit, that of their patients/users and clients;
  • Comply with the environmental and OHS legislation applicable to the organization and other regulatory requirements, preserving and protecting the environment;
  • Preserve the health and safety of human beings and their assets based on policies of individual and collective responsibility regarding the prevention of workplace incidents and accidents;
  • Continuously improve and maintain the QMS through awareness-raising, training and active participation of all employees of the organization in improvement actions for the OHS Management System;
  • Meet the needs and exceed the expectations of Patients/Users through the effective application of this QMS, ensuring patient loyalty;
The General Management ensures that the policy is implemented, communicated, understood, maintained at all levels of the CME, made available to relevant stakeholders and updated whenever necessary, strictly complying with and meeting the requirements of the above standard where applicable.
